Tayata Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha.
"English translation: 'May the many sentient beings who are sick, quickly be freed from sickness. And may all the sicknesses of beings never arise again.'
Buddha taught that suffering is caused by attachment to things, people, etc. We think things will bring us happiness. but our attachment actually brings us much suffering because we become obsessed with protecting them, ever hungry for more, and depressed when we lose them. A better way to live is to enjoying the abundance around us but not become attached -- "counting nothing as one's own".
Peace, It means not to desire anything because you are , all ready, all that is and all that will ever be!! (there is no need for a selfish thought (or a desire) when you know you are part of all that is and all that will ever BE Already! ) Being at one with the Universe is living in Abundance! Blessings"
